Good to Know
- Every bath includes a checked water temperature (36–38°C) for your dog's comfort, a double shampoo, a nourishing coat mask, and a conditioner — all selected based on your dog's individual coat and skin needs. A complimentary face scrub is also included with every bath.
- Anal gland expression is included in all bathing services but is optional. Please add this to your booking or let us know at drop-off.
- If fleas are detected during the groom, a mandatory flea treatment will be needed and flea treatment charges apply.
“The prices listed above are a guide only and are not a final quote. Grooming costs may vary depending on your dog's breed, size, coat condition, behaviour, grooming history, and the time required to complete the service. Additional charges may apply for de-matting, excessive undercoat removal, or appointments requiring additional handling. Final pricing will always be discussed with you prior to proceeding with any additional work.”
