We work with dogs, not on them.

That means reading their body language, respecting their limits, and never forcing a service that causes distress. If a dog isn't coping, we stop. We'd rather build trust over multiple visits than achieve a perfect finish at the cost of your dog's confidence.

We take the time to understand every dog before we begin. Their personality, past experiences and individual needs help guide every grooming appointment because no two dogs are the same.
